21 Calle del Embarcadero
Our first project, in 2016, was the apartment building at 21 Calle del Embarcadero in Stinson Beach, presently owned and managed as affordable housing by the Community Land Trust Association of West Marin (CLAM).
Our second project, completed in 2020, was the purchase of a five-unit apartment building on an acre site at 3755 Shoreline Highway in Stinson Beach. This property is now owned and managed by the Bolinas Community Land Trust (BCLT). Both projects succeeded in preserving housing occupied by working local residents.

And now….
Currently we are promoting and facilitating the construction of Junior and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU’s and JDU’s) to Stinson Beach property owners, a method of creating additional housing that’s being encouraged by both County and State incentives. ADU’s are small (up to 1200 sq ft) freestanding structures and JDU’s are additional independent living units, often created through the conversion of an existing bedroom or garage in a single-family residence.
